No subscription needed. We hand over what we agreed on and you take it from there.
Every price is a starting point for a defined base scope, shown in the pricing section. Your proposal lists deliverables, exclusions, price, milestones and dates. Anything beyond it, like extra pages, integrations, translation or check-in, is quoted and approved by you before it is done.
It depends on the scope and on how fast materials and decisions arrive. Your proposal includes estimated dates for each milestone, and the portal shows them next to the committed ones. If new iterations need more time, the new dates are agreed and stay visible.

What each side receives, including files, access and any third-party licenses, is written in your proposal. With one-time delivery we hand over an agreed list of code, documentation, files, data and access, and record the handover.
You get a free month of hosting and support with 3 minor changes and 1 medium change. After that, the monthly plan from USD 25 covers hosting, version control, support and the same monthly changes. They do not accumulate. A new page or feature is quoted separately.
The first year of a domain, chosen among the options we prepare for your project and subject to availability. It is not a year of hosting: hosting is free for one month. Your proposal explains who renews the domain from the second year.
